The peace and tranquility, a very relaxing time.
Just some slight damage to walls and stair carpets, but I suppose this adds to the authenticity of the old building.

The warm welcome, by the staff and the card in the room, thankyou! The luxury and relaxing atmosphere of the building. The grounds were picturesque with all the Spring flowers aand blossom, bringing back memories of previous stays here.
We felt the breakfast could be improved. we realise the staff were busy, but we feel we had paid alot of money for the room and breafast. The bacon was over cooked, not good! A little surprised considereing your high standards of the evening meal the night before.

We had an exceptional time staying at the Bibury Court. The hotel and the grounds are just beautiful as well as the surrounding village. Having toured the Cotswold extensively it would still be my first choice location for another trip. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was immaculate and beautifully modern with everything we needed. We appreciated the wonderful, friendly service of the staff and the delicious dinner we enjoyed in the hotel restaurant. Thank you for a very special introduction to the beautiful Cotswold countryside!

We liked the location of this hotel. The grounds were lovely and despite the weather we enjoyed walking in the garden.
The reception was rather cool; although the staff tried very hard, many were young and totally untrained. There has been turnover in the management of this hotel and they still need to select and train staff more effectively. We recommend asking for a room which has been refurbished. Staying in an older room can pose difficulties.

The staff are extremely charming and very helpful. The grounds are superb, the terrace is outstanding. The quality of food is exemplary. All-in-all a lovely place to stay!

The shower in my bath was the best - big, rain downpour, lots of pressure. The setting and the walks about - I have been coming to Bibury Court since 1983.
My room had nowhere to hang clothes: there was an armoire, but all shelves. The fine shower had a flimsy curtain which blew in - should have glass enclosure, yes? The mural in the dining room is hideous!

A very relaxed and comfortable hotel with helpful, pleasant staff who did their best to provide whatever guests needed. The outstanding feature of the hotel is its beautiful valley setting, with lots of walks around (it will allow dogs), and its location in Bibury.
We have country appetites and thought the food at dinner (not at breakfast, which was plentiful by any standards) rather minimalist.

We visited this hotel over 25 years ago and wanted to return as a special overnight treat. We were not disappointed as the hotel had been recently upgraded. The room we had was truly superb and the food for all meals was some of the best we have had! Even the snack at lunch had the most devine soup! We will certainly be back. Coupled with the stunning walks around Bibury, this is a real jewel.
